  • 150ml de Hot water
  • 150ml de Cold water
  • 1can de Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1can de Heavy cream
  • 1cup de Milk
  • 2envelope de Unflavored gelatin

Prepare the gelatins with hot water and cold water

Dica: Use less water for a firmer gelatin

Cut the gelatins into small cubes

Dica: Use a sharp small knife

Lightly grease the bundt pan with oil

Assemble the mosaic with the gelatin cubes

Dica: Alternate the colors for a colorful effect

Prepare the white cream with sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and unflavored gelatin

Pour the white cream over the gelatin mosaic

Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours to set
