Ingredients
- 2cans de Sweetened condensed milk
- 3tablespoons de Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1carton de Heavy cream
- 200grams de Bittersweet chocolate
- 150grams de 70% dark chocolate
- 200grams de Butter
- 3units de Eggs
- 230grams de Sugar
- 50grams de Cocoa powder
- 80grams de All-purpose flour
- Salt
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and heavy cream in a saucepan and cook until it reaches the brigadeiro consistency (thick and pulls away from the bottom of the pan)
Melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in the microwave or using a double boiler
Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar until a pale and creamy mixture forms
Combine the brownie batter base with the melted chocolate and the beaten eggs
Add the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt to the brownie batter and mix well
Pour the brownie batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (80°C converted to standard US baking temp) for 25 minutes
Let the brownie cool completely and then remove it from the pan
Cut the brownie in half and decorate with the brigadeiro and festive sprinkles/candies
