A passion fruit ice cream with a layer of chocolate, ideal for summer.

Ingredients

  • 200grams de Bittersweet chocolate
  • 4boxes de Heavy cream
  • 4pulps de Passion fruit
  • 1box de Sweetened condensed milk
  • 300ml de Whole milk

Instructions

Separate the passion fruit pulps and blend them until the seeds are crushed

Strain the passion fruit mixture through a sieve to remove excess seeds

Melt the bittersweet chocolate in the microwave and mix it with heavy cream

Pour the chocolate mixture into the pudding mold and set aside

Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, and passion fruit pulp

Pour the passion fruit mixture over the chocolate layer in the pudding mold and place in the freezer

Wait 4 to 5 hours until the pudding is firm and unmold
