  • 2bunches de Collard Greens
  • 1,5kg de Potatoes
  • 1bunch de Cilantro
  • 5units de Aromatic chili peppers (e.g., Habanero or Scotch Bonnet adjusted for heat)
  • 2units de Spicy finger chili pepper (e.g., Serrano or Thai chili)
  • 2units de Smoked sausage (similar to Calabresa, like Kielbasa or Andouille)
  • 2units de Onion
  • 8cloves de Garlic
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Tomato paste

Add oil to a pressure cooker and sear the beef.
