Ingredients
- 1kg de Beef chuck (or stewing beef)
- 2bunches de Collard Greens
- 1,5kg de Potatoes
- 1bunch de Cilantro
- 5units de Aromatic chili peppers (e.g., Habanero or Scotch Bonnet adjusted for heat)
- 2units de Spicy finger chili pepper (e.g., Serrano or Thai chili)
- 2units de Smoked sausage (similar to Calabresa, like Kielbasa or Andouille)
- 2units de Onion
- 8cloves de Garlic
- Salt
- Oil
- Tomato paste
Instructions

selarAdd oil to a pressure cooker and sear the beef.

misturarAdd black pepper, salt, and mix.

refogarAdd garlic, onion, and the spicy finger chilies.
