Capixaba Fish Stew made with fish, shrimp, and vegetables, quick to prepare and delicious results.

Ingredients
- 1unit de Fish fillets
- 5unit de Tomato
- 3unit de Onion
- Cilantro
- 1tablespoon de Annatto powder (or coloring)
- 500grams de Shrimp
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic
- Lime
Instructions
Cut the fish fillets into pieces and season with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and olive oil.
In the clay pot (or heavy-bottomed pot), add olive oil, annatto powder, and a layer of vegetables cut into larger pieces.
Add the fish and a layer of vegetables, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
Add a splash of lime juice and finish with a sprig of cilantro.
Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the fish is almost cooked through.
Add the peeled shrimp and season with salt and black pepper, cooking for another 3 minutes.
