A classic from Minas Gerais made from tapioca starch, cheese, and other ingredients.

Ingredients
- 300ml de Milk
- 150g de Water
- 75g de Oil
- 16g de Salt
- 250g de Sour tapioca starch
- 250g de Sweet tapioca starch
- 125g de Cooked and mashed potato
- 2unit de Eggs
- 300g de Grated Ouro-Mineiro style cheese
- 300g de Aged cheese
Instructions

Combine the milk, water, oil, and salt in a bowl

Add the sour tapioca starch and sweet tapioca starch to the bowl and mix
3
Add the cooked and mashed potato to the bowl and mix
4
Add the eggs to the bowl and mix until you have a smooth dough
5
Add the grated cheese to the bowl and mix
6
Divide the dough into portions and shape each one into a small ball
7
assarPlace the balls on an oil-greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for 35 minutes
