Ingredients
- 1kg de sour tapioca starch
- 150ml de milk
- 150ml de oil
- 150ml de water
- 1teaspoon (approximate) de salt
- 2units de eggs
- 150g de mozzarella cheese
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the milk, oil, and water. Bring to a boil to scald the starch mixture.
In a bowl, add the sour tapioca starch and salt. Mix lightly.
Pour the boiling liquid over the tapioca starch and stir to scald the dough.
Dica: It is important to let the dough cool slightly before adding the eggs, to prevent them from cooking.
Add the two eggs to the lukewarm dough and mix well with your hands or an appropriate utensil.
Incorporate the shredded or chopped mozzarella cheese into the dough, kneading until it is completely smooth.
Dica: The amount of cheese can be adjusted according to taste.
Shape the cheese bread balls to your desired size. Some can be frozen to bake later in the air fryer or oven.
Dica: The dough yields a large batch, so freezing is a good option.
Place the cheese bread balls in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Dica: Baking time may vary depending on the size of the balls.
