  • 700g de All-purpose flour

  • 3units de Tomatoes

  • 4cloves de Garlic
  • 1can de Corn
  • 150g de Green olives
  • Green herbs (chives/parsley mix)
  • 400g de Cream cheese
  • 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250g de Butter
  • 300ml de Dry white wine
  • 1bunch de Thyme
  • 20g de Black pepper
  • 10g de Brown sugar
  • 1bunch de Cilantro
  • Ginger
  • Curry powder
  • Lemongrass
  • Homemade coconut milk

Prepare the chicken by cooking it in water with salt and bay leaves

Shred the cooked chicken and set aside

In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic

Add the shredded chicken, corn, olives, and tomato to the saucepan

Season with salt, pepper, and fresh green herbs
