A simple and flavorful chicken pot pie recipe

Ingredients
- 700g de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 4units de Eggs
- 350ml de Whole milk
- 150ml de Oil
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- Salt
- Paprika
- 700g de Chicken breast
- 2units de Bay leaves
- 3units de Tomatoes
- 1unit de Onion
- 4cloves de Garlic
- 1can de Corn
- 150g de Green olives
- Green herbs (chives/parsley mix)
- 400g de Cream cheese
- 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
- 250g de Butter
- 300ml de Dry white wine
- 1bunch de Thyme
- 20g de Black pepper
- 10g de Brown sugar
- 1bunch de Cilantro
- Ginger
- Curry powder
- Lemongrass
- Homemade coconut milk
Instructions
Prepare the chicken by cooking it in water with salt and bay leaves
Shred the cooked chicken and set aside
In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic
Add the shredded chicken, corn, olives, and tomato to the saucepan
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh green herbs
Prepare the batter by mixing the flour, oil, milk, and eggs
Add the baking powder and mix well
Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish and set aside
Place the filling over the bottom batter layer and cover with the remaining batter
Bake the pot pie in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30-40 minutes
