A different and delicious rice dish with Tuscan sausage and grilled Queijo Coalho (grilling cheese), perfect to accompany a barbecue.

Ingredients
- 2sticks de Queijo Coalho (Grilling Cheese)
- 3units de Tuscan Sausage
- 1/2unit de Onion
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Dehydrated Garlic
- Plum Tomatoes
- 1/2cup de Peas (fresh)
- 1,5cup de Cooked Rice
- Scallions (Green Onions) opcionalSubstitui por: salsinha, coentro, manjericão
Instructions
Grill the two sticks of Queijo Coalho. After grilling, remove the sticks and cut the cheese into cubes.
Remove the casing and excessive fat from the three Tuscan sausages. Place them in a hot skillet and cook until they lose their raw color.
Add half a chopped onion to the skillet with the sausage. Season with paprika, oregano, and dehydrated garlic.
Incorporate the chopped plum tomatoes and half a cup of fresh peas, mixing well with the seasoned sausage.
Add 1 and a half to 2 cups of already cooked rice to the mixture, adjusting the quantity based on your desired consistency, and mix thoroughly.
Dica: The amount of rice can vary if you want a dish that is richer or lighter.
Distribute the grilled Queijo Coalho cubes over the top of the rice.
Finish by sprinkling chopped green herbs on top. You can use scallions (as shown in the video), parsley, cilantro, or basil.
Dica: Optional: you can use parsley, cilantro, or basil instead of scallions.
