An easy and budget-friendly layered sushi casserole, family size, ideal for those who love Japanese food without needing sushi chef skills. Uses baked salmon and various fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- Seasoned sushi rice (chari)
- Salmon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon Pepper
- Cooked carrots
- Mango
- Cucumber
- Green onion (scallions)
- Sesame seeds
- 1half a serving de Cream cheese
- 1half a serving de Heavy cream
- Tare sauce (store-bought)
- small squares de Nori sheets (for serving) opcional
Instructions
Season the salmon with olive oil, salt, and Lemon Pepper.
Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer to bake until desired doneness.
After baking, flake the salmon into small pieces.
Prepare a base layer with the seasoned sushi rice (chari, cold) and spread it evenly in the serving dish/casserole.
Dica: The rice needs to be cold for assembly.
Arrange layers of vegetables and protein over the rice, using cooked carrots, mango, and cucumber cut into slices or cubes.
Add the flaked salmon over the vegetable layers.
Finish by sprinkling chopped green onion (scallions) and sesame seeds over the assembled dish.
Prepare the first sauce by mixing equal parts cream cheese and heavy cream to make it lighter.
Dica: Mixing cream cheese and heavy cream creates a smoother base.
Serve the casserole with the cream cheese/heavy cream sauce and the store-bought tare sauce. Can be served alongside squares of cut nori.
Dica: Can be eaten as a main dish (poke style) or eaten with nori wrappers.
