Recipes for corn flan and flan made without sweetened condensed milk, with tips and tricks for a perfect result.

Ingredients
- 360g de Sugar
- 200ml de Water
- 1 de Vanilla bean
- 3 de Eggs
- 2cans de Canned corn
- 1can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 400ml de Whole milk
- Butter opcional
Instructions
Prepare the caramel by mixing sugar, water, and the vanilla bean in a saucepan.
Cook the caramel over medium heat, without stirring, until it caramelizes and turns golden brown.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully add water to stop the cooking process.
Pour the caramel into the flan molds and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease the flan molds with butter.
Blend the eggs, corn, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk in a blender.
Pour the mixture into the flan molds and cook in a water bath (bain-marie) for 10 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 170°C (340°F) and continue cooking for another 40 minutes.
Remove the flans from the oven and let them cool.
Unmold the flans and serve.
