Ingredients

  • Peeled shrimp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime/Lemon
  • Paprika
  • 1 de Onion

  • 1 de Tomato
  • 200ml de Milk
  • 200g de Cream cheese
  • Fresh herbs (parsley/chives)
  • 200g de Mozzarella cheese
  • 50g de Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Lightly brown the peeled shrimp in a skillet, seasoned with salt, pepper, lime/lemon juice, and paprika.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato in the skillet.

Add the milk and cream cheese to the skillet and cook until bubbling.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and finish with fresh herbs, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
