  • 1package de Toscana Sausage (Italian Sausage)
  • 1kg de Chicken Thighs (skinless, boneless ideal, can use bone-in)
  • 0,8kg de Beef Flap Meat (or flavorful steak cut like Bavette)
  • 1kg de Rice
  • 10units de Eggs
  • 0,15kg de Bacon
  • 1unit de Onion
  • 4cloves de Garlic
  • 0,15kg de Ham
  • 0,1kg de Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0,1kg de Shoestring Potato Sticks
  • Chives/Green Onions (for garnish)
  • 5units de Bread Rolls (like small hoagie/submarine rolls)
  • 1unit de Lemon
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Remove the casing from the sausage links and slice the bread rolls in half lengthwise

Grate the mozzarella cheese and place a little on each half of the rolls

Place the loose sausage mixture on top of the cheese and place them in the oven/on the grill to bake

Melt the bacon cut into cubes and add the chopped onion and garlic

Add the ham cut into thin strips and mix everything together

Make a well in the center of the pan and pour in the eggs

Scramble the eggs slightly and then mix in the already cooked rice
