Viennese roast made with ground beef and cheese, ideal for an economical lunch.

Ingredients
- 500g de Ground beef
- 150g de Mozzarella cheese
- 150g de Ham
- 1container de Creamy cream cheese spread
- 1whole de Onion
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 1whole de Carrot
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
Season the ground beef with the chopped onion, grated garlic, and carrot, adding salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread the seasoned ground beef onto plastic wrap, forming a rectangle.
Cover with the slices of ham, spread the cream cheese spread, and layer with the slices of mozzarella.
Roll the ground beef using the plastic wrap to form a roulade (or log) and seal the ends.
Place the roulade in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
Remove the plastic wrap and bake the roulade in a preheated Air Fryer at 200°C for 30 minutes.
