Ingredients
- 1unit de Flank Steak
- Salt
- 150grams de Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1tablespoon de Butter
- 60grams de Breadcrumbs
- 6cloves de Garlic
- 100grams de Bacon
Instructions
Melt the bacon in a skillet and let it fry in its own rendered fat until crispy.
Mix the crispy bacon with the grated cheese, butter, breadcrumbs, and smashed garlic.
Place the flank steak on a grill rack over high heat. Season with salt and sear well on the first side.
Flip the flank steak, season the other side with salt, and cover it with the crust mixture, pressing firmly so it adheres well.
Broil the top surface using a grill rack or a perforated wok placed over the hot coals to form the crust (the 'pururuca' effect).
