Ingredients
- 1unit de Pineapple
- 1tablespoon de Sugar
- 200g de Bacon
- 1carton de Heavy cream
- 3tablespoon de Cream cheese
- 3tablespoon de Mayonnaise
- 1unit de Lime
Instructions
Cut off the top of the pineapple, scoop out the flesh without going all the way to the bottom, and sauté in a skillet with one tablespoon of sugar until caramelized
Dice and brown 200g of bacon and set aside, saving the rendered bacon fat
Mix one carton of heavy cream with three tablespoons of cream cheese, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, and the rendered bacon fat
Add the juice of one lime to balance the sweetness and mix everything very well
