Ingredients
- 2heads de Garlic
- 1unit de Onion
- 1bunch de Cilantro and Parsley Mix
- 500grams de Bacon
- 1tablespoon de Salt
- 300ml de Oil
- 6spoons de Seasoning Blend
- 1unit de Lime
- 3spoons de Mustard
- 1,5liters de Water
- Beef Brisket Tip (Cupim)
Instructions
Blend in a blender 2 heads of garlic, 1 onion, 1 bunch of cilantro and parsley mix, 500g of bacon, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 200ml of oil
Mix 6 spoons of the seasoning blend, 1 lime, 3 spoons of mustard, 1 spoon of salt, and 100ml of oil
Gradually add 1.5 liters of water and blend until the desired consistency is reached
Pour the seasoning into a plastic bottle and make small holes in the cap using a nail and hammer
Divide the beef brisket tip into thin steaks, score the sides, and grill until browned on both sides
