Ingredients
- 500g de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de centeio
- 1tablespoon de Salt
- 1tablespoon de Sugar
- 10g de Dry active yeast
- 5cloves de Garlic
- 200g de Unsalted butterSubstitui por: manteiga com sal
- 1lime de Lime juice
- Black pepper
- 120g de Calabresa sausage
- 2yolks de Egg
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and dry active yeast
Gradually add water and mix until a smooth dough forms
Let the dough rest for 2 hours
Prepare the garlic paste by mincing the garlic cloves and mixing them with unsalted butter and lime juice
Brown the calabresa sausage in a pan
Roll out the dough and place the garlic paste in the center
Place the browned calabresa sausage over the garlic paste
Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape and thread it onto a bamboo skewer
Brush the entire bread with egg yolk
Bake the bread on a grill, starting 6 inches away from the coals for 5 minutes, and then moving it 24 inches away for 20 minutes
