Ingredients
- 1kg de Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 de Lime
- 200g de Cornstarch
- 1 de Egg
- 3 de Potato
- 1 de Heavy cream
- Tomato sauce
- 100g de Mozzarella cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender
Mash the potatoes and mix in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper
Cut the chicken tenderloins into smaller pieces and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice
Add the egg and cornstarch to the chicken and mix thoroughly
Fry the chicken in preheated oil until golden brown
Arrange the chicken pieces over the mashed potatoes, pour the tomato sauce over them, and sprinkle with shredded cheese
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly (gratinated)
