A supercharged pizza with four cheeses and fresh ingredients

Ingredients
- 10kg de All-purpose flour
- Dry active yeast
- Sugar
- Salt
- 2large jars de Canned peeled Italian tomatoes
- 4kg de Italian tomatoes
- 3bunches de Basil
- 12kg de Mozzarella cheese
- 2kg de Provolone cheese
- 2kg de Blue ribbon Parmesan cheese
- 2kg de Gorgonzola cheese
- Olive oil
- Oregano
Instructions
Mix the all-purpose flour with dry active yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Add olive oil and water to the mixture and knead for 30 minutes
Let the dough rest for 4 hours
Divide the dough into portions and roll out each portion on a floured surface
Place the canned peeled Italian tomatoes, fresh Italian tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, blue ribbon Parmesan cheese, and gorgonzola cheese over the dough
Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
