Ingredients

  • 600g de Pork butt sausage
  • 2000g de Pork spare ribs
  • 300g de Pork cracklings (Chicharrones)
  • 300g de French fries
  • 1can de Beer
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1tablespoon de Smoked paprika
BBQ de Big Mac
  • 100g de Brown sugar
  • 1/2unit de Onion
  • 200g de Ketchup
  • 100g de Yellow mustard
  • 100ml de Soy sauce
  • 1tablespoon de Chopped pickle relish
  • 2tablespoons de Pickle juice

Cut the ribs into strips and brown them in lard
