Ingredients
- 600g de Pork butt sausage
- 2000g de Pork spare ribs
- 300g de Pork cracklings (Chicharrones)
- 300g de French fries
- 1can de Beer
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1tablespoon de Smoked paprika
BBQ de Big Mac
- 100g de Brown sugar
- 1/2unit de Onion
- 200g de Ketchup
- 100g de Yellow mustard
- 100ml de Soy sauce
- 1tablespoon de Chopped pickle relish
- 2tablespoons de Pickle juice
Instructions

dourarCut the ribs into strips and brown them in lard

temperarSeason the ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika

cozinharAdd one can of beer and simmer

fritarFry the pork butt sausage and add it to the pot

misturarPrepare the Big Mac BBQ sauce by mixing the ingredients

adicionarAdd the Big Mac BBQ sauce to the pot with the ribs and sausage

adicionarTop with french fries and pork cracklings
