- 400g de Peeled shrimp
- 100g de Leek
- 200g de Cherry tomatoes
- 400g de Tagliatelle pasta
- 200g de Tomato passata
- 100g de Cream cheese
- 200g de Heavy cream
- 800ml de Vegetable broth
- 100g de Grated Parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper

Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and add the leeks, tomatoes, pasta, tomato passata, cream cheese, and vegetable broth
