A surprising and creamy dessert made with pumpkin and sweetened condensed milk, slowly cooked until it reaches the ideal consistency.

Ingredients
- 1kg de peeled pumpkin
- 395g de sweetened condensed milk
- 2cups de milk
- enough to cover de water
Instructions
Place the peeled pumpkin in a pot.
Add enough water to completely cover the pumpkin.
Bring to a boil over heat and cook the pumpkin until it is very soft.
Transfer the cooked pumpkin to a work surface and let it cool slightly.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the pumpkin and blend with an immersion blender or standard blender until you have a smooth mixture.
Dica: If you prefer, use the standard blender.
Add the two cups of milk to the mixture and stir well to incorporate.
Return the mixture to low heat and stir continuously until it begins to thicken and reaches the desired consistency for a dessert.
Dica: Stirring over low heat prevents it from burning on the bottom.
Pour the dessert into a serving dish of your choice (a casserole dish works well).
Refrigerate to allow it to fully set before serving.
