Ingredients
- 1small can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 2large de Eggs
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- to taste de Ganache
Instructions
In a bowl, combine one small can of sweetened condensed milk and two eggs.
Add one tablespoon of baking powder to the mixture and stir well.
Incorporate one cup of all-purpose flour into the batter until smooth.
Divide the prepared batter into two equal portions.
Pour one portion of the batter into the preheated skillet.
Cook until the bottom side is golden brown, then flip to brown the other side.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter.
Assemble the dish by spreading your preferred filling (like ganache) between the cooked pancake halves.
Finish by drizzling the remaining filling (ganache) over the assembled dessert before serving.
