A simple and delicious banana bread with a sugar and cinnamon topping.

Ingredients
- 3count de Banana
- 3tablespoons de Egg
- 3tablespoons de Margarine
- 2cups de Sugar
- 1cup de Milk
- Salt
- 2,5cups de All-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1/2tablespoon de Ground cinnamon
- 1tablespoon de Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Mix the eggs, margarine, and sugar in a separate bowl.
Add the milk, salt, and all-purpose flour to the mixture and mix well.
Add the mashed bananas and baking powder to the mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a pan greased with margarine and dusted with all-purpose flour.
Mix the ground cinnamon and the sugar for sprinkling and sprinkle over the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before unmolding.
