- 2cup de All-purpose flour ~R$ 10,00
- 1,5cup de Sugar ~R$ 4,50
- 3unit de Eggs ~R$ 3,00
- 1cup de Milk ~R$ 3,50Substitui por: bebida vegetal
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder ~R$ 0,50
- 60g de Butter ~R$ 4,00Substitui por: margarina
Instructions
Prepare the caramel: melt one and a half cups of sugar and pour it onto the bottom of a greased pan (8x11 inch). Arrange the caramelized pineapple over the melted sugar.
Prepare the batter: in a blender, beat the three eggs, one and a half cups of sugar, one cup of milk, 60g of butter, and the two cups of all-purpose flour.
Add one tablespoon of baking powder to the liquid mixture and blend briefly, just to incorporate.
Carefully pour the cake batter over the layer of pineapple and caramel in the pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
