Dica: According to the preparer, this combination is foolproof.
Sift the 470g of wheat flour directly into the batter and add the tablespoon of baking powder.

Transfer the batter to a greased baking pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Dica: The cake is ready when it reaches the desired color and consistency (about 40 minutes).
While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by melting 300g of guava paste with half a cup of water in a saucepan.
After removing the cake from the oven, pour the melted guava paste glaze over the top.
Dica: The final result resembles a giant Brazilian cheese bread with a sweet-and-sour touch.
