Ingredients
- 4unit de Eggs
- 1,5cup de Sugar
- 120ml de Oil
- 6cup de All-Purpose FlourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1tablespoon de Baking Powder
- 600ml de Milk
- 2spoon de Vanilla Extract
- 4unit de Egg Yolks
Instructions
Blend the eggs, oil, and sugar in a blender until creamy
Add the all-purpose flour and mix until smooth
Add the milk and mix until you have a thin batter
Add the baking powder and vanilla, and mix well
Pour the batter into small muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for 15 minutes
Prepare the filling by mixing the milk, sugar, all-purpose flour, and egg yolks in a saucepan
Cook the filling over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil
Let the filling cool down and transfer it to a container
Poke holes into the little cakes and fill them with the pastry cream
