Instructions

Cut the cucumber into quarters

Slice the red onion and soak it in water to prevent crying

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters

Add the black olives

Cut the white cheese into cubes

Add the chopped mint

Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing
