Instructions
In a stand mixer, beat the four eggs, sugar, and margarine (3 tablespoons) until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Dica: You can mix by hand if preferred, but the mixer makes it easier.
Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and beat a little more.

Sift the three cups of all-purpose flour over the beaten mixture.

Distribute the streusel topping over the batter in the pan, optionally layering with more chocolate chips.
