Ingredients
- 3 de Eggs
- 1cup de Sugar
- 1/4cup de Oil
- 1cup de Whole plain yogurt

- 1,5cup de All-purpose flour

- 3 de Piccolo bananas (or similar small, firm banana)Substitui por: outro tipo de banana

Instructions
Beat the eggs, the sugar (1 cup), and the oil until you get a light and uniform creamy mixture.
Gently fold in the whole plain yogurt and the teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.
Dica: The yogurt is essential for making a difference in the batter.
Sift the all-purpose flour (1 and 1/2 cups) and the baking powder (1 tablespoon) over the batter.
Mix gently until there are no lumps of flour and the batter is smooth.
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking pan (approximately 12x8 inches), spreading evenly.
Slice the three bananas in half lengthwise and arrange them on top of the batter, covering the surface.
Dica: You can use another type of banana or add more if desired.
Sprinkle sugar and a little cinnamon over the bananas to create a slight caramelization.
Dica: This will make all the difference in the final result.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
