Ingredients
- 3units de eggs
- 1can de sweetened condensed milk
- 1package de shredded coconut
- 50g de grated Parmesan cheese
- 3tablespoons de all-purpose flour
- 1teaspoon de baking powder
Instructions
In a bowl, add the three eggs and the can of sweetened condensed milk.
Whisk the eggs and sweetened condensed milk vigorously until completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Add the shredded coconut, grated Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, and baking powder to the liquid mixture.
Thoroughly combine all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, ensuring the flour dissolves and a batter with visible pieces of coconut forms. Intense beating is not necessary.
Dica: Mix just enough to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Dica: Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick.
After unmolding the cake once it has cooled, slice to serve.
