Ingredients
- 1/2packet de Unflavored gelatin
- 3tablespoons de Warm water
- 1can de Whole sweetened condensed milk
- 2small cartons de Heavy cream
- 1/2cup de 70% cocoa powder
- 1teaspoon de Instant coffee opcional
- Chocolate sprinkles opcional
Instructions
Dissolve half a packet of unflavored gelatin in three tablespoons of warm water, mixing well until completely dissolved.
Dica: The water should be warm, not boiling, so as not to cancel out the gelatin's setting power.
Transfer the hydrated gelatin mixture to the blender.
Add to the blender one can of whole sweetened condensed milk, two small cartons of heavy cream (with 15% fat content), half a cup of 70% cocoa powder, and one teaspoon of instant coffee (optional).
Dica: The fat content of the sweetened condensed milk contributes to the mousse's texture. Coffee enhances the chocolate flavor and reduces sweetness.
Blend all ingredients in the blender for about 3 minutes until you obtain a smooth, emulsified cream.
Pour the cream into individual serving dishes or a single container to serve later.
Dica: Serving in individual portions or a large bowl depends on your serving preference.
Refrigerate the mousse to firm up for a minimum of 4 hours; leaving it overnight is ideal.
Dica: The longer it chills, the better the consistency will be.
Garnish the dessert with chocolate sprinkles before serving.
Dica: The sprinkles serve as decoration (flair).
