A homemade and flavorful layered dessert that resembles a cheesecake and a traditional pavê, made with a cream cheese filling and dulce de leche, layered with caramelized cookies or Maria cookies.

Ingredients
- 300g de Cream Cheese
- 400g de Dulce de Leche
- 200units de Caramelized Cookies (like Speculoos or Biscoff)Substitui por: biscoito maisena

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese (300g) with the dulce de leche (400g).
Mix the filling ingredients with a whisk or spatula until the mixture is completely smooth. It is not necessary to aerate the cream.
Dica: If preferred, a stand mixer can be used, but it is not essential.
Transfer all the filling to your final serving dish, spreading it evenly to create the first layer.
Arrange the cookies (approximately two packages, about 200 units, or enough to cover the space) over the layer of filling. Briefly dip the cookies into the filling so they absorb moisture.
Dica: You can alternate layers of cookies and filling if you wish, adjusting the cookie amount based on the size of your dish.
Refrigerate the dessert for a minimum of 4 hours so the filling sets and the dessert becomes thoroughly chilled.
Dica: Serving it cold enhances the flavor and texture of the dessert.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder, if desired.
