- Garlic
- half-moon slices de Carrot
- Potato
- Wine (red or for deglazing) opcional
- Salt
- White wine opcional
- Bay leaf

Instructions
In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté the ground beef seasoned with black pepper until nicely browned.
Separate one-third of the browned meat for the first preparation and reserve the rest for the other dishes.
In the pot containing the majority of the meat, add onion, garlic, and carrots cut into half-moon slices, sautéing them together.
Add potatoes, a little wine (if using) to deglaze the bottom of the pot (to lift the flavors), and adjust the salt.
Simmer this first portion on low heat until the potatoes are cooked to your desired tenderness.
In the second pot (or after cleaning the first), use the other portion of ground beef you set aside and sauté with onion, garlic, and carrots.
Add white wine to the second portion of beef and sauté for about five minutes.
Add the bay leaf, salt, and tomato puree to the second batch of meat, mixing well.
Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes to finish the Bolognese sauce.
Assemble the containers: the meat with vegetables is served with rice; the Bolognese is paired with mashed potatoes; and the third variation is served with pasta.
Dica: The total preparation resulted in three different styles of ground beef meal prep containers, using only two pots in the process.
