Quick and healthy recipe for a dinner in just 15 minutes using ground beef in the air fryer and steamed vegetables.

Instructions
Set the air fryer to 350ºF (180ºC) and place the frozen ground beef in the basket.
Season the ground beef with a little salt and cook for 12 minutes in the air fryer.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes to speed up cooking.
Dica: Cutting into smaller cubes ensures faster cooking.
Place the diced potatoes in a microwave-safe container, add the washed broccoli on top, a little water to generate steam, and cover with a lightly dampened paper towel.
Dica: The broccoli will steam using the vapor generated by the water and the potato.
Add some cherry tomatoes along with the meat in the air fryer during the final minutes of cooking.
Microwave the potato and broccoli mixture for 7 minutes to steam them.
While the other items cook, wash the arugula and thinly slice the red onion to prepare the salad.
Season the cooked vegetables (broccoli and potato) with pepper, olive oil, a touch of mustard powder, paprika, cumin (or your preferred seasoning), and salt.
Dica: You can adjust the seasonings as you like; curry is an alternative to mustard powder.
Mix the seasonings into the vegetables until well combined.
Assemble the final dish using the meat with roasted tomatoes, the seasoned vegetables, and the arugula and red onion salad for crunch, finishing the meal.
Dica: The red onion adds 'crunchy' texture to the dish.
