- 1serving de Frozen chicken

- 1undefined_quantity de Vinegar
- 1unit de Tortilla wrap
- 1undefined_quantity de Plain yogurt
- 1unit de Lemon
- 1unit de Raw garlic
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Place the chicken (still frozen) in the air fryer basket.
Dica: Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken cut.
Air fry the chicken for approximately 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Dica: If you are using fine salt, add it to the chicken at this stage, before placing it in the air fryer.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the dressing by mixing the plain yogurt, a bit of lemon juice, and grated raw garlic.
Dica: Mix well to get a tangy garlic sauce.
Wash the arugula and thinly slice the red onion.
After cooking, season the cooked chicken with flaky sea salt, if you didn't use fine salt earlier.
Assemble the wrap: spread the yogurt dressing on the tortilla, add the chicken, arugula, and sliced red onion.
Dica: The red onion adds a bit of a spicy kick.
Finish the filling with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
Fold the wrap and serve immediately.
