Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Cubed chicken breast
- Garlic (for the sauce)
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Lemon

- Steamed broccoli
Instructions
Prepare the dry seasoning mix by combining all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Season the chicken cubes and then dredge them in the dry flour mixture.
Sear the chicken in a skillet until nicely browned.
Dica: Give the chicken a good sear.
While the chicken is searing, prepare the sauce by whisking together garlic, soy sauce, honey, lemon, and Gochujang (Korean chili paste).
Dica: If you don't have Gochujang, you can use hot sauce, but the flavor profile will be different.
Pour the sauce over the seared chicken in the skillet and toss well over medium-low heat.
Dica: Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces and coats the chicken's flour coating, creating a glaze.
Prepare the sides by steaming the broccoli for 3 minutes.
Assemble the meal prep container by layering the white rice, the steamed broccoli, and topping with the glazed chicken, serving immediately.
