- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato opcional
- Parsley opcional
- Cilantro opcional
- Ginger opcional
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Mustard powderSubstitui por: Mostarda amarela

Instructions
Process the portions of pork (with a little fat) in a food processor until it reaches the consistency of ground meat. If desired, use 1/3 of this ground pork and mix it with 2/3 ground beef, ideal for Bolognese or burgers.
Dica: Leaving a little fat on the meat helps with the final flavor.
Add the seasonings: onion, garlic, tomato (or cilantro and ginger, if preferred), parsley (or cilantro/ginger), crushed red pepper flakes, and mustard powder. Mix well.
Dica: The seasonings can be varied according to your preference.
Transfer the seasoned mixture to a zip-top bag. Seal, removing as much air as possible.
Dica: Removing the air aids in preservation.
Use the back of a knife to divide and score the meat inside the bag, making it easier to separate portions later.
Dica: This allows you to remove only the necessary portion without fully thawing the entire block.
Place the portioned bags in the freezer. They can last up to 3 months.
When preparing (whether as a burger, steak, or sauce), season the portion with salt immediately before cooking, as salt added before freezing can dehydrate the meat.
Dica: Salt should only be added at the time of preparation.
Air fry the meat for 15 minutes at 350ºF (180ºC). Alternatively, use a skillet or the oven, according to your preference.
Dica: Cooking time is approximately 15 minutes, but it may vary depending on the method chosen.
