Ingredients

Ganache
  • 300g de Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1cup de Heavy cream
Recheio
  • Chocolate Panettone crumb/interior
  • 1cup de Chopped walnuts

  • 1tablespoon de Brandy or Cognac opcional

Cobertura
  • 250g de Melted white chocolate

Instructions

Cut the top off the chocolate panettone and remove the interior crumb.

Prepare the ganache: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
