An enhanced chocolate panettone loaded with ganache and nuts, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients
- 1 de Chocolate Panettone
- 300g de Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1cup de Heavy cream
- Chocolate Panettone crumb/interior
- 1cup de Chopped walnutsSubstitui por: amendoas, castanhas
- 1tablespoon de Brandy or Cognac opcionalSubstitui por: rum, essencia de rum
- 250g de Melted white chocolate
Instructions
Cut the top off the chocolate panettone and remove the interior crumb.
Prepare the ganache: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
Add the heavy cream to the melted chocolate and mix until you achieve a smooth cream.
In a bowl, mix the removed panettone interior, the chopped walnuts, and the brandy/cognac.
Fill the hollowed-out chocolate panettone with the mixture of crumb and walnuts.
Cover the filling with the semi-sweet chocolate ganache.
Place the top of the chocolate panettone back on.
Cover the entire chocolate panettone with the melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
