A charming brownie decorated with strawberries and cream, perfect for Christmas dinner.

Ingredients
- 170g de Bittersweet chocolate
- 100g de Butter
- 1/2cup de Sugar
- 2 de Eggs
- 1cup de All-purpose flour
- 300ml de Heavy cream
- 2tablespoon de Confectioners' sugar (Powdered sugar)
- Strawberries
Instructions
Melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter in a double boiler (bain-marie).
Add the sugar and eggs to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Incorporate the all-purpose flour into the mixture and stir until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
While the brownie bakes, prepare the topping: whip the cold heavy cream with the confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.
Dica: The heavy cream must be very cold to whip properly.
Using a round cookie cutter, cut out small brownies.
Place the whipped cream into a piping bag and decorate the mini brownies.
Cut the tip off the strawberry and place it on top of the cream. Finish with a small dot of cream on the tip of the strawberry.
Dica: The conical shape of the strawberry mimics Santa's hat.
