- 1,5kg de Lamb Shoulder
- 5cloves de Garlic
- 1bunch de Rosemary
- 1bunch de Thyme
- 750ml de Dry WineSubstitui por: caldo de carne
- 4units de Potatoes
- 2units de Whole Garlic
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions

temperarCover the lamb shoulder with minced garlic.

adicionarDistribute the sprigs of rosemary and thyme over the top.

marinarDrizzle with dry wine and let marinate for 4 hours.

assarPlace the lamb shoulder in a roasting pan.

adicionarAdd the potatoes cut into chunks and the whole garlic cloves.
