Ingredients
- 400g de Sour tapioca starch
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- 200ml de Water
- 100ml de Milk
- 100ml de Oil
- 2 de Eggs
- 100g de Grated Parmesan cheeseSubstitui por: queijo mussarela
Instructions
Combine the milk, oil, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stovetop.
Dica: Be careful not to let it boil over
Add the sour tapioca starch and salt to the hot liquid mixture and stir well.
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Gradually add water until you achieve the desired dough consistency.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
