- 1package de Unflavored or Pineapple Gelatin Packet (sugar-free)
- 320g de Plain Yogurt
- 3tablespoons de Dry Milk Powder
- 250ml de Passion Fruit Pulp
- Honey opcionalSubstitui por: adoçante culinário
- Fresh Fruit (apple, grapes, kiwi, etc.)
- Chia seeds
Instructions

baterIn a blender, combine the pineapple gelatin (prepared according to package directions, using cold water if necessary), plain yogurt, dry milk powder, and passion fruit pulp.

Add honey to taste, if desired.

Place your preferred fresh fruit in individual serving cups or ramekins.

Pour the gelatin and passion fruit mixture over the fruit in the cups.

Sprinkle chia seeds over the mixture.
