A delicious and creamy pistachio spread, made with vegan and lactose-free ingredients. Ideal for serving with bread, fruit, or using in other dessert recipes.

Ingredients
- 200grams de Pistachios
- 200grams de Vegan white chocolate
- 2tablespoons de Vegan powdered coconut milk
- drops de Vanilla extract opcional
Instructions
Place the pistachios in a food processor.
Process until you achieve a pistachio butter.
Dica: Scrape down the sides of the processor with a spatula to ensure all pistachios are finely ground.
Melt the vegan white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Dica: Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Add the melted white chocolate to the pistachio butter in the food processor.
Add the powdered coconut milk and vanilla extract.
Process until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the pistachio Nutella to an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
