Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 100g de Melted butter
- 4tablespoons de Olive oil
- 2cloves de Minced garlic
- to taste de Flaky sea saltSubstitui por: sal
- 1/2cup de Shredded Gouda cheese
- to taste de Thyme
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste de Chives opcional
- 1/2cup de Mayonnaise
- 1tablespoon de White wine vinegar
- 1teaspoon de Dijon mustard
- 1teaspoon de Cajun seasoning
- 1tablespoon de Honey
Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
Dica: Use potatoes with the skin on.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the butter, olive oil, garlic, flaky sea salt, Gouda cheese, and thyme. Mix well.
Create a bed of grated Parmesan cheese on a non-stick baking sheet.
Dica: If the baking sheet is not non-stick, use parchment paper.
Place the potatoes cut-side down over the Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
Dica: Bake until the potatoes and the Parmesan are golden brown.
To prepare the Cajun sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Garnish the potatoes with chives.
Dica: This step is optional.
Serve the potatoes with the Cajun sauce.
