Ingredients
- 5unit de Garlic cloves
- 1tablespoon de Butter

- 2teaspoon de Chimichurri
Instructions
Peel the five garlic cloves and place them in a microwave-safe dish.
Add one tablespoon of butter and enough olive oil to completely cover the garlic.
Microwave for one minute initially.
Dica: Keep an eye on it, as the garlic can boil quickly.
Stir the contents to ensure even cooking and return to the microwave in 30-second intervals until the garlic reaches the desired golden color.
Dica: Remove immediately upon browning to prevent the garlic from burning and becoming bitter. In the author's microwave, the total time was 3 minutes.
Drain the liquid (butter and olive oil) using a fine-mesh sieve to separate the fried garlic.
Dica: The residual liquid can be saved and used later.
To make the barbecue sauce, mix two teaspoons of chimichurri with the prepared fried garlic. (If the meat is already salted, do not add extra salt).
Dica: The fried garlic can be stored and quickly reheated in the microwave when you are ready to use it.
