Ingredients
- 2scoops de Pistachio flavored Whey Protein (Adaptogen)
- 2tablespoons de Oat Bran
- 1teaspoon de Honey
- 3tablespoons de Water
- to taste de Pistachios
Instructions
In a bowl, combine 2 scoops of the pistachio flavored whey protein, 2 tablespoons of oat bran, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 3 tablespoons of water.
Mix the ingredients until you reach a cookie dough consistency (the dough might be slightly sticky).
On parchment paper, shape the dough into two portions and lightly flatten them to form the cookies.
Dica: The dough might stick a little to your hands, which is normal.
Decorate the surface of the cookies with chopped pistachios.
Bake the cookies in a preheated air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 4 minutes.
