A healthy treat tartlet recipe made with apple puree and a zero-sugar dulce de leche filling, perfect for fitting into your diet.

Ingredients
- Apple
- Unflavored gelatin
- Water
- Honey opcional
- Peanut Butter Flavor Granola (e.g., from brand Happ Life)
- Sugar-free thick dulce de leche (e.g., from brand Junco)
- Fruit for garnish opcional
Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and chop them.
Steam the chopped apples until they are tender.
Transfer the softened apples to a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth puree is obtained.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with water and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
In a stand mixer, combine the apple puree and the dissolved gelatin.
Dica: If desired, add a little honey for sweetness.
Beat the mixture in the stand mixer for 15 minutes, until the marshmallow consistency is slightly thick.
Distribute the apple marshmallow into the desired tartlet molds.
Sprinkle the peanut butter granola over the top of the marshmallow in each tartlet.
Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until the tartlet is firm.
To unmold, quickly expose the molds to heat (like a flame) or dip the bottom of the molds in a container of warm water.
Finish by decorating with the sugar-free thick dulce de leche and adding other fruits or decorations to taste.
