Instructions
Cut the cornstarch cookies into three pieces each.
Lightly moisten the cookie pieces in the coffee.
In an individual serving dish, layer the dessert by alternating layers of zero-fat Greek yogurt and the coffee-soaked cookies.
Finish assembling by covering with a layer of yogurt.
Sprinkle cappuccino powder over the final layer of yogurt.
Dica: If you don't have cappuccino, use cocoa powder or chocolate drink mix.
Refrigerate the dessert for approximately 4 hours to allow it to set.
